Chefs/Owners, Marc & Tim, opened the doors to Trattoria Athena in July 2010, inviting Brunswick & beyond to experience the nostalgia of being in their nonna's kitchen or to reminisce about the wines of Santorini. While traveling to Italy & Greece to visit family & friends, Tim & Marc have also dedicated themselves to learning about new dishes and techniques to bring back to your table.
